1. Business Information

Pickle & Co is a UAE-based children's activity box brand. All products are sold and delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Product Safety & Age Suitability

All Pickle & Co products are designed for children aged 3–5 years. Products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

All boxes contain small parts which may present a choking hazard.
Adult supervision is required at all times during play.
All materials included are non-toxic but are not edible. Do not allow children to place any item in their mouth.
Inspect all items before giving them to a child. Discontinue use of any item that is cracked, broken, or damaged.
Pickle & Co sources all products from suppliers operating within the UAE. Pickle & Co acts as a reseller and bundler of these goods.

3. Product Disclaimer

Box contents may vary slightly from images shown on the website. All boxes are packed to the same quality standard.
Pickle & Co reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value where supply constraints require it.
Colours of items may vary slightly from photographs due to screen display differences and product batches.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pickle & Co takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of products included in every box. However, to the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

Pickle & Co is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of products, use by children outside the stated age range, or use without adequate adult supervision.
Pickle & Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023).

5. Returns & Refunds

Pickle & Co accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery where an item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind once a box has been opened.
To request a return, contact us at laura@lauravadams.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

6. Delivery

Pickle & Co delivers within the UAE only.
Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. Pickle & Co is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, imagery, character designs (including Mr. Pickle), copy, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Pickle & Co and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

This legal notice and all transactions made through getpickleandco.com are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
